Comfortable and Spacious Room

Well-Equipped Bathrooms

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms offered a fantastic view of the Kaaba and were clean, the initial service I received was not great, leading to a frustrating check-in process. However, once I was helped by the female reception staff, the service improved significantly. Despite some bumps, I enjoyed my stay overall, especially thanks to the attentive housekeeping staff.
